So far I like having a blog and setting it up. It kind of reminds me of when I first got myspace in 7th grade. I at first went through numerous template changes, to find one that fit me and picked "Awesome" because I believe that I'm somewhat awesome. Being that I love basketball and shoes I thought that the Jordan symbol would be the most appropriate. Red is also my favorite color,so I wanted to incorporate that somehow, by using that for my font color. As far as a link list and such I want to include one soon of music and clothes i like, but I'm still learning how to add things to it. I tried adding videos but only got a video reel, but soon i will have more things posted. The about me I believe was the hardest to do, only because you don't want to sound like your on a dating site listing interest but you do want people to get to know you. I think I found a happy medium between the two.
So far I believe blogging is going pretty well. I just have to learn the process and use all the tools that are available to me and then after that I believe I will GREAT! But as far as my template and background I love it. Hopefully by the end of the year I can love blogging and everything it has to offer. <3
I think the background of this blog is well done, as it represents you and your extreme interest in basketball. I can also relate to the "about me" section being difficult to write, and how for the most part it's cliche like a dating site. But in general, it's a fairly decent layout for a first time blogger.
